Envisaging a Progressive Rural India

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) is inspired by the vision of transformative Change. It aims to create a vibrant relationship between higher educational institutions and local communities, bringing the power of knowledge and technology to the doorstep of rural India.

Coordinated globally by **IIT Delhi**, the program mandates institutions like ICEM to adopt village clusters, identify developmental gaps through participatory rural appraisal (PRA), and implement innovative solutions that are socially acceptable and economically viable.
